Jumping dog. Not handicap accessible. No railings at the entrance, came in and the owner's dogs (2 of them, incredibly unsanitary!! but that's a different issue) ran in and jumped up on my 94yr old grandmother and my dad who also struggles to walk. No handicap seating unless you want to sit by the noisy machines on the casino side. Food was okay, very dive bar atmosphere. Waitress was sweet and attentive.

Rueben & I were camping at Holter this weekend, celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary. Al & Elizabeth, Holter's campground hosts suggested we eat at Missouri River Bar & Grill. Directions were easy. Turn right on the frontage road, drive a few miles down the road, you'll see some beautiful scenery. That we did ! What a sweet little local place with welcoming staff. I had the Rueben (of course), hubs had the Patty Melt. Believe me, there was no shortage of cheese, onions or sauerkraut or fries. Beautiful presentation ! Delicious Food. Thank you to the nice gals behind the bar that served us and wished us a happy anniversary ! ❤️

Food was horrible. Ordered meal with gravy on the side. Food came with at least a cup of gravy on everything. Mashed potatoes were instant. Such a decline in quality of food.

It is very clear why they were restaurant of the year. Our server. Sakari was very personable. The food was excellent. Prices are reasonable as well. Would definitely return and higher recommend this place. They even have karaoke on Saturday night if that's your thing.

This place is stellar! Enjoyed both the Viking and Peanut Butter burgers, while the table also ordered hand breaded chicken strips and pepperoni flatbread. Everyone loved their food. The atmosphere is fantastic, and they even have live music on Saturday nights. Well worth the trip out here if you’re coming from Great Falls or Helena, if you are already in the area camping, fishing, or floating. A real gem!

Watch your payment!!!! They gave them selves a tip on my card after shitty service and giving them a cash tip.I get that we all make mistakes while working. Sometimes orders do not get put in. However, once we asked where our food was, the server never returned to help us out. Another lady had to take on our table.
But adding on an additional $10 tip without our consent is total bullshit.
Gross. Cheeseburger was raw. Food if you want to call it that was raw and undercooked. Service is non existent. No air-conditioning and sticky tables. I would give no stars if an option and a call to the health department.

We have eaten at the Missouri River Bar & Grill on several occasions, the food is always great but the service totally sucks!
We just sat there for 30 minutes and no one took a notice to us, not towels or TP in the restrooms, an off duty waitress brought us menus and took our drinks order, no one came back and our drinks never arrived!
We won’t be back!

Saw the “Voted the Best Burger” sign while staying at Prewett Creek RV Park and had to check out the Missouri Inn Restaurant and Bar. We both had the cheeseburgers with 7 oz Angus patties—cooked perfectly medium rare—and topped with fresh ingredients and their tasty “Burger Crack” sauce. Great flavor and char—definitely Very Good and in our top 10 across the U.S. The onion rings were Good, and the salad was fresh and hearty. Service was friendly and on point. Atmosphere was laid-back and a little rustic—fits the area perfectly. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!
