Ekstrom's Stage Station Reviews
My family is in Montana from Oregon with our horses. One had an emergency and we were able to meet a mobile vet, which apparently ended up being on property on the side of the road owned by this campground, which was unknown to us. A gentleman from the campground came out screaming to get off their property immediately or he would shoot them. He didn’t ask them to leave, he threatened to shoot my family, which included a 16yr old and an infant. Just be aware if you are visiting,...read full review
Quiet, tidy campground with clean bathrooms and a great campground host. If you Forget wood or chairs or your lights on in the vehicle?? Pat will save the day, no drama. (Ask me how I know?. 😬🤣). We will go back!

Ekstrom's Stage Station offers a wonderful camping experience with friendly service and great food. The campground is beautiful and quiet, featuring well-maintained sites with plumbing in the restrooms and access to a creek for a long walk. The restaurant serves incredible dishes like chicken fried steak with sausage gravy, side pork, biscuits, ham, and coffee. The quaint ambiance and sweet staff, including the attentive campground host Pat, make it a top choice for visitors. Many guests appreciate the cleanliness and peacefulness of the campground, as well as the hospitality of the employees. Unfortunately, the restaurant and campground are closing to make way for a Tiny Home Village, leaving loyal customers disappointed.
