I want to start off by saying I do have sympathy because I myself worked at this restaurant when I was in highschool, so I understand it is mainly ran by children. But, that being said, it does not excuse their behavior. Lack of simple consideration at this Columbia falls location was repulsing. I was sitting in the diner with a friend of mine who has autism. While having conversation the woman at the window kept yelling back to the employees stuff like “are you stimming right now” and as a family with autism and a friend of multiple with autism. I truly believe that the staff MUST be more considerate with their words. And if they cannot do that then lower your voice. She was yelling! I was sitting by the door and I heard her loud and clear. I have never had a problem with the food. I don’t have anything negative to say about the service. Just the insanely inappropriate conversation taking place without a care in the world for the customers. You look in the lobby to the customers you are serving and see someone sitting there with a mental disorder and then follow with jokes about it. It almost seemed intentional. I am repulsed. Additionally there was a little boy in there, probably no older than 14, brown hair, and he was very kind to me, thank you to you. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.

We ordered two items, french fries and onion rings.We asked for extra salt and some ketchup and got neither salt nor ketchup. We waited in line for almost thirty minutes with three cars ahead of us.. Very disappointing..

Food was better than most A&Ws but it was very hot in the restaurant. They need to get the AC fixed for those poor cooks!
Wait time can sometimes be about 20 minutes but its understandable because they actually cook their food, unlike mcdonalds or burger king. Don't know what Annette is talking about, but thats her problem. Service is great. Tables are clean. Staff is funny and enjoyable to speak with.

Food was not good. They serve precooked hamburger patties, then microwave it, add salt to the patty, tomato was spoiled, and cheese was not even slightly melted. So disappointed!

Me and my family went there there was 9 of us the response at the register was great, the ladies were nice, food was decently quick for busy rush lunch time, but I dont usually leave reviews because thats just me but me and my whole family agreed it was some of the best food we have had here locally and its better then the a&w at home i wish they were all this way. Would definitely go back great food and service.

Peffect for a quick bite. Haven't been to an A&W in a long time. Food was as i remembered. One employee, a young man, was a superstar. Working harder than I've ever seen a young person from this generation.
