This place has really gone downhill since the last time I visited in 2023. I was really hyped to eat here again because the first time left me completely satiated, but this visit was a major disappointment. The menu has changed and now includes odd menu items that clearly don't jive. For example, I got a rice bowl that had pickles... who does that? Flavor combinations are off, quality has diminished, prices have increased.

Excellent food, beer, and atmosphere in Columbia Falls! Schwarma on pita was so flavorful, as was the bistro burger. Large portions, but we had no problem with that after hiking all day! Our server was Jamie, so attentive and kind!

Dropped in at Backslope Brewing and had a great experience! The food came out quickly, portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. You can tell they put care into both the quality and presentation. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a good meal with good company. Definitely worth the stop — we’ll be back!

We had a chicken gyro with the potatoes/chips. Awesome! Love the vibe in the beer garden patio area, fully enclosed. If we are by this way again would definitely stop!

Our server was very friendly. The ingredients were fresh. The portion sizes were generous. But the food prep was sorely lacking. The steak in our pitas was so very badly overcooked, it tasted more like bad beef jerky rather than steak. My wife’s hamburger had areas of the patty that seemed to have salt dumped into them. Both items ended up being inedible. So we just paid the overpriced bill and got out of there.

Who would think feta cheese and balsamic glaze on a burger would be so sublime? My burger and fries were amazing. My husband loved his pita accompanied by salad for a more healthier meal. Although neither of us drink beer, the patrons seemed to really like the selections at Backslope Brewing.

Delicious Meditarrean food! Huge servings! The Falafel was crispy in the outside but soft and moist on the inside! Big and spacious seating inside. Friendly customer service. Fast efficient service.
Great variety of beers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being a vegan, I was very happy to find a place in town that could accommodate me. The hummus was awesome.

I would say this is an average restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. We had a variety…burgers, different gyros, kids plate, beef sandwich….and they were all decent meals, but nothing really stuck out about the experience. I wouldn’t turn anyone away, but wouldn’t necessarily recommend this place as a top choice either.
