Amazing beers, food and quality is the best. Stop in for a beer!
01/25: still the same
Older: Good food, good prices and good folks. Local favorite.
Went with family, and had a great time. What a way to happy bellies of the best fried pickles, Mac and cheese thst was super creamy and delicious, and the red curry Thai bowl was super fresh. No complaints from anyone at the table. Great service for a busy place. 🙏 Price reasonable. Friendly atmosphere.
Service is fine.
Beer is GREAT.
The food is fantastic, usually, but I almost always get it to go since I can't stand how the kitchen has different music than the dining room and you can hear it from almost anywhere. The entire soundscape is rather poor, really. And it gets stuffy in there when it's busy, too. Sort of feels like one of those depressing cheap cafeterias in England. But the food is amazing!
I dined at Backslope Brewing based on a recommendation of a Guide near Glacier National Park.
I was travelling by myself so I was dining solo. The front space is very nice and uplifting, but they sat me in the back space that was run down and a bit uncomfortable. It was evident that that's where they sat solo diners.
The food was average. The service was very slow. It felt like solo diners weren't wanted and were treated like second-class citizens.
Great food hidden within the facade of a brewery. I somehow liked their spacious seating arrangements.
Their chicken sandwich and beef burgers with garlic fries were delicious and ginormous. An absolute surprise and probably my favorite was the black bean Winter vegBurger - the bean/beetroot/walnut patty with goat cheese was delicious. Their housemade ginger lemonade is also pretty good, not too sweet. Great selection of beers and amazing staff!
Ate lunch at the bar at this interesting brewery. The two bartenders were very friendly. I ordered the chicken pho which was unexpected at a brewery but also unexpected were the exceptional flavors of lime, cilantro, pepper, maybe ginger. One of the best pho bowls I have had. Kudos to the chefs. And thank you to the bartenders for great service and friendly conversation. BTW the regular IPA was stellar.
Great place, Great food!!
No complaints during our stop in for a couple of refreshments. They have a good variety of beers to offer and the overall quality was good. I did find all of their IPAs to be quite bitter so if you aren't a bitter hop person, these may not be for you. The standouts on this day were definitely the imperial stout and the barrel aged sour with raspberries. Quality stuff.

Always great!
The chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese and velvet BBQ pork sandwich were delicious! It was a little too early for beer for us personally but the chai tea was perfect for the morning. We aren't from around here but if we come back we will definitely be eating here again.
Beer was good, hard to find a saison. The parmesan fries were extremely over priced and mediocre at best. Tired of feeling ripped off by these restaurants every time I go out to eat.
The best food in Columbia Falls without a doubt, multiple options and everything is delicious🤩🤩🤩
Don't forget to try the Parm fries..
Fried chicken sandwich was incredible!
