We are from Chandler, AZ and stopped in totally based on the look from the outside. We LOVE dive bars and the Blue Moon was right up our alley. I didn’t catch the female bartender‘s name, but she was awesome, the vibe was perfect, we had fun looking at all the taxidermy inside by the dance floor, had a couple of beers, played the dice game and went on our way back to Whitefish. I really wish we had a place like this in Arizona because I would be there every night. My daughter...
Saturday night, 9:15pm, received great service immediately. Witnessed a quick and saddened display of male ego in the form of a bar fight by the pool table at 9:25, which was quickly addressed. Very entertaining, and the band made light of the ordeal. Had a few more beers with impeccable service. Excellent local dancers were a pleasure to watch and learn from. Had a great time!
I object to the label "Blue Moon Nite Club"
The Blue Moon never has, nor will ever be a night club. It's a small town, semi-podunk bar.
But man, that gal tending the bar was funny, cool, and beautiful.
