One of my favorite Starbucks! The atmosphere is lovely with its wood theme and fireplace that works well with the vibe in Montana. Every time I go to Glacier NP I stop here. The staff is always friendly, especially Rusty who is such a friendly free spirit! Every time I go there, he greets me like I am his long lost friend. He always makes you feel like you are family. Great stop on the way to Glacier NP. It is super clean, pretty, and has tourist stuff for last minute gifts. Great drinks and food. Awesome place!!!

3 times I’ve been here and won’t come back. They don’t make the drinks right and when you say something they get an attitude and pissy when you ask them to remake it. This trip they made 2 out of the 3 drinks wrong.

The absolute cutest Starbucks that I've ever been to!! It's in the shape of a log cabin. There is a huge shaded lounge area with super comfy chairs and tables. They have a order and pick up window on the outside. On the inside they have a cute Montana gift shop. The bathrooms are super clean and have a frosted window to add more light and there is a full length mirror. The lighting aesthetics in here is amazing!
Enjoyed breakfast here everyday on our trip! Very Montana like Starbucks!

Let me start off by saying I am not a Starbucks fan in general. I find myself in them from time to time to calm the morning mood in my life...my wife. In general most are friendly and chatty welcoming you with a smile. Basecamp Starbucks was not on level with any services except clean. I went to the pickup window and was looked at like I was an idiot, so I wandered inside to clearly realize they were slammed with 2 customers and probably some online orders such as myself. This would clearly explain the unfriendly attitudes emanating from all 4-5 of them. No greeting, no goodbye, no anything that would ever welcome somebody back, definitely not me. I was born and raised here and those are exactly the attitudes why I hate to come visit.

Every time I come here the staff is unfriendly, doesn't communicate with you, doesn't even say have a good day or hello really. They are like zombies. The atmosphere is completely different than he Kalispell locations. I work all over the valley so I only go to the one in Columbia falls once in awhile and I probably won't be going anymore. It's just not a good vibe.

Pretty much the earliest place you’ll find for coffee in CFalls if you’re trying to get into the west side before half of the United States shows up. Starbucks is always delicious and consistent and I appreciate these kids working to caffeinate the masses all summer long; it can’t be easy. Thanks you guys!!
