Not your regular coffee review here but… I wanted to thank the women working the afternoon shift last week who went above and beyond to help out a woman in need (me). I was feeling unsafe and Abby (I think that was her name) in particular went above and beyond to get me out of an uncomfortable situation with a male customer. Thanks again Abby!
I love the Starbucks in Columbia Falls. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I love how it is roomy and cozy. The people who work there are always very friendly and don't just take your money.
The nicest staff you’ll find anywhere! Plus a super cozy inside and lovely gift shop. We had to spend a few mornings here using on their wifi for work because we were having problems with ours and felt very welcome!
