Very limited menu but would have been ok with that except my “1/3 lb angus beef burger” was as dry as a hockey puck plus very thin so no way 1/3 lb and husbands “grilled chicken” sandwich looked more like a boiled chicken breast barely cooked & tasted even worse. He couldn’t eat it. Fries were good which earned them an extra star otherwise it would have been one star. Unfortunately choices in the area are very limited & they obviously know it.

My family stopped at Freda's for late lunch after our trip on the Going to the Sun Road. We walked toward the counter at the back and placed our order, I had the cubano, my niece the ceasar salad, my nephew and father both had the bison smash. Once we got out pager we got our fountain drinks and sat at a table outside. They also have an ice cream bar to the right when you walk in. The food was really good. Nice place to stop in West Glacier Village before or after going to the park.

Nice place with lots of seating indoor or outdoors. Bakery and bar as well as restaurant. The food was delicious and was pleasantly surprised and beer good as well. I got the Cubana and it generously sized and was one of the best of tasted.

Leaving Columbia falls, we left a nice tip for the attendant. Took the Red Bus Tour, left another nice tip for the guide.Went to Fredas for a huckleberry milkshake, tipped the counter worker $1 and as directed, went to the Sweet Peaks area to pick up milkshake. After several minutes questioned young, tall man about our order. His response was he will call us and walked away looking for trash bags. Young lady doing trash detail questioned us and proceeded to prepare and deliver our order. If these were my employees, their job duties would be her dealing with customers and him dealing with only trash details.

We ordered a latte and a coffee from the cafe. My latte was good, but the regular coffee was extremely watered down. We asked if they could kindly make another one because it was basically water. The worker got more coffee and it was worse than before. Maybe it was a fluke that they had a bad batch of coffee, but I would not get coffee from here again.

Great coffee and atmosphere. 16 oz latte for $6 + tip is on expensive side, though. Thanks.

The food is not good, we gave it a shot for breakfast and lunch. Both were bad. Very over priced. Long wait when the restaurant was empty.

Typical National Park Café. Food was expensive and not very good, service was poor. I would only eat here if you absolutely had to. Look for better options.

Great outdoor seating which is wonderful on a beautiful day. However, the over whelming about of bees made it so no one could sit outside

Kid-friendliness: Kid portions are huge!

If you are looking for a real ground chuck patty like what you find at 5 Guys the Angus Burger is not for you. Fries were great service was friendly. Would gladly pay more for a real burger.

We sat at the bar and ate our food. It was a chill vibe and they b have the option for you to purchase a mug that gives you an option to get a discount on a brew. Seems like something great for someone who is able to be a regular there in the area. I tried the Elk bratwurst with a Cesar salad on the side. Everything was delicious and it was a nice way to end our time after being in the Glaciers all day! I also tried the huckleberry mule and the bitter root brewing huckleberry honey ale that was on tap. Highly recommend it all!

If you are looking for overpriced mediocre food, then this is your spot. Wouldn't go again unless there was no other option.
