Absolutely the worst fast food service I have ever had and I have had a lot in my 69 years including my own restaurants.

Owners of this franchise should check the internal cameras and the drive thru times on your clock. 1:30-150 pm Saturday December 7. Was told there were three managers on staff. Can’t imagine that was true. If so, owner needs to get there.

Really great experience during a weekday daytime visit. The gal at the counter was wonderful and the other team members were as well. Clean too!

Do not recommend.

Ordered a Big Mac meal to go, extra onion, no cheese, easy lettuce.
I got the top bun, burned, nothing in between the middle bun, then two patties, sauce, less onion than normal and the bottom bun. No lettuce, no tomato or whatever else is supposed to be there.
While waiting for the order, went to the bathroom, which was disgusting. Went back to the counter and the entire dining room was devoid of employees, dirty and cluttered.

I visit this McDonald's on The 29th of October 2024 this was the first time I visited this restaurant it probably won't be my last but on this particular day I ordered three Mexican sandwiches light mayo and usually the food is good no problems are hot but when I started to eat my sandwiches I noticed that the lettuce was terrible soggy old withered just nasty disgusting but I probably will go back but next time I'll check before I leave

Multiple people were waiting 30+ minutes for simple orders. Came in for lunch turned into dinner. They are criminally understaffed. Just go somewhere else and avoid an absolutely terrible experience.

Your kiosk is so complicated it takes a college class to check out. I have never been able to figure out how to get through the maze of garbage to order.

I ordered a Big Mac meal through the app and these clowns gave me a double quarter. While I got more than I paid for, it's overall not what I wanted. Not to mention despite having a SWEET AND SOUR sauce order,these fools gave my dairy ALLERGIC son Ranch.

I suggest hiring people with some basic reading comprehension skills.

Stay away, got to Livingston or Billings.

Had to take my own order and took me forever to figure it all out. They were short handed so no one was at the counter. The employees were kind but I didn’t like how I had to order.

NEVER leave the drive thru without thoroughly checking your order...they leave something out about 50% of the time. We just spent $30.00 on hamburgers and of course, found that they "shorted" us when we got home. Happens more often than not. ?
