Went in to grab a bite to eat on a Friday night. Ordered at 6pm and sat down to wait for our sandwiches. 45 minutes later, still no food. And no apologies or explanation from the staff. In fact, when we approached the counter to ask for a refund, I had to go open the door to alert them we were at the counter.
I understand that it may have been a busy Friday night, but informing customers of an extended wait for a couple of sandwiches would go a long way.

I drove all the way from Roundup to try the German immigrant and let me tell you..... you did NOT disappoint! I loved it. I will definitely drive to Columbus to try another specialty pizza. Thank you for the great experience.

We had our pizza delivered to a city campsite nearby. We ordered our pizza 20 min. Before they closed but were still greeted with politeness and sincere graciousness that we were grateful for. Delivered promptly to our camper! Great tasting pizza, fresh ingredients and terrific service. Thank you! What a great treat

Great job guys, you rock! I came in Tuesday and got a meat lovers pizza, had a couples slices while there to see what kind of tip to give and was very impressed with your pizza. I came back in tonight and got a chicken fajita salad to go and am eating it right now and loving it! It’s a big salad that most folks couldn’t eat in 1 sitting. All of the staff were very friendly and didn’t even have to pretend to be nice, they just were. Great job guys.
I am from out of town and went here with no expectations in mind since my sister (local) said it was ‘good.’ After eating this pizza, I cannot say I’ve had a better pizza, literally SECOND TO NONE. My wife and I had the hot hen. The pie had a hearty serving of the proteins, spicy jalapeños, and a desirable amount of cheese. The overall flavor and crust was excellent to boot. Will be coming back when I visit.
