Carol's blood runs red white n blue n that won't change. She's a beautiful woman with a huge heart of gold. She's personable, friendly with a touch of classy sass for her regulars. A wonderful creator of some of thee best sandwiches in Stillwater County. She's no quitter!! She loves her guests n treats them well n loves when you return. And believe me, you will. Along her side, works this tall, handsome staunch marine. He is Carol's life partner n husband Les. He's a man's man n does his best for Carol n the business. A wise man of many talents. He runs multi businesses. A great patriot, friend n helper of all Veterans.The staff that Carol employs, Beverly n Lila, are also 2 great preppers n cooks. The soups are delicious n piping hot. Coffee is continually served with a smile no matter how busy they get. I've never had a bad or wrong order! You'll love the menu n sandwich "names" and atmosphere. Even the bathroom is a GREAT place to do some contemplating for sure !!!! All who enter are true Americans to the core n you'll hear our American emotions loud n clear ! You may show up with a "standing room only", but we're like family here, come sit n join us at our table. Clean, small town feel, and friendly. Breakfast was lackluster. Biscuits & gravy was not homemade, which was unexpected for being a special. Best thing here is the atmosphere.

Restaurant was dirty with spider webs in every corner. Ordered a hot chicken, cheese, and tomato wrap. Ordered with no tomato and was full of tomato and also had mayo on it that wasn't listed in the description anywhere. As someone that doesn't like mayo the first bite went right into the napkin that looked like it was sitting on the table since the 1800's. I was okay with not eating anything seeing the front of the house was filthy I could only imagine what the back of the house where food is prepped looked like. My friend had a BLT she ate hers, however, the price was $14.00 which is a bit high for subpar BLT sandwich.
Me and my buddy were going from billings to west rosebud lake and were looking for a local spot to eat at on our way through columbus instead of fast food. We came upon the eatery by happenstance and decided to try it out. The theme of the restaurant fit the name perfectly and the inside is so nice, clean, and well taken care of. Great service the older lady getting drinks and helping tables was very patient and kind and was working very hard in the front. The chili is amazing and perfect in spice, the Ronald Regan was the best French dip I've ever had it tasted perfect, the potato salad was amazing as well. Overall I would give this place a 10 star rating if i could. Well worth the drive and the money.
