It’s nothing special and we waited like 40 mins for a table but beggars can’t be choosers at the height of summer in a small town. (July 2025)

I grabbed lunch here back in May. The vibe was good, and the server was fine, but man, the wait for food was brutal! When the burgers finally showed up, they were a total disappointment. I asked for medium, but they were almost well-done and ice cold—honestly, they tasted like they'd been microwaved. Skip this place until they sort out the kitchen.

You have to try every menu item. Really, they are that good! Spin dip. Trout. Clam chowder. Tomato soup. Pie! Just some of my favorites 😍

Restaurant is closed, although Google profile still says open. Apparently they’re closed every October to Memorial Day weekend. Please update your hours!

I didn’t know they were closed; I would’ve checked out their website but they had none. So I relied on their Google business on being correct. Drove into town after 8pm to find out from locals that they’re shut down for the season.

Came to this restaurant cuz there's not much around. It was busy during lunch hour. Waited about 20 min. We got the chili, special of the day which was an open face hot turkey sandwich w gravy, and grilled cheese. Both the flavor and the quality of the food were just ok. Was told this is the best restaurant in the area. Well, you really don't have many choices there.

On the main road, great stop for lunch or dinner. Steak was perfectly cooked, vegetables were delicious, baked potatoes were excellent. Garlic mashed potatoes were surprise hit, the panko crushed trout was superb.

Extensive beer list. I'm sure the burgers are excellent. Service was efficient and polite, but the cooks in the kitchen are the secret to this gem.

This is a picture of their “10 .oz” steak. My girlfriend took one bite and I took one and there it sat. It came out cold along with my salmon and our veggies. When asked how or meal was I told the guy and he said nothing. Then I asked him “no comment?” His reply was “hmm” and that was it. Pretty bad for a $40 streak. Oh yeah, there is a “4% resort fee” on your meal? Our waitress and the hospitality was the best part of the experience.

Had the chili bowl and my husband had the burger. We both loved the food. Great choice of beers as well. The people were and we were seated outside with the warm sun and a nice breeze. Definitely recommend

We had been on the road for several hours and stopped in for a bite to eat..... boy howdy it was amazing!!! We had 3 cheese burgers and the portabella mushroom burger. The to top that off the beer was cold and refreshing. We all agreed these were amazing burgers, the flavor was outstanding. The waitress was helpful and gracious. Atmosphere was just what we needed, quiet but friendly. Thanks for an amazing experience on our trip. Would defiantly come again!!!!

Got to town later in the evening, after we checked into the hotel we walked down there for supper. We sat outside and watch the sun light slowly fade off the mountains while we ate. I had the Rainbow Trout with garlic mash; my wife had the lasagna. Both where fantastic. Our waitress Sydney was so nice!!

Unfortunately, quite an underwhelming experience. The place itself is charming. All 3 main course dishes arrived cold, and took around 5 minutes for the host to locate our waitress to help. The food was returned to us warmer, but still not as you would expect. Aside from this, the food was good, but nothing to phone home about… though there isn’t a great deal else in the village to pick from. Waitstaff were friendly, but the service was poor. The entrees weren’t cleared until the mains were placed in front of us, we had to ask for cutlery and napkins, and waited 10 minutes for the table to be cleared afterwards. All in all, not too great for the price paid.
