Nice drink selection but the food and service were awesome! Highly recommend this place!
Amazing food! Great atmosphere. Hope to eat at Josephine’s again asap!
Food was so so good. Very thankful for the heart of palm salad after days of burgers plus all the other good stuff on the menu. Yummy cocktails. Service was very attentive especially Tovar who was always around to help out.
Very impressed! Attentive, kind and efficient service. Flavorful food, truly delicious. Great variety for a small-ish menu. The meatballs were amazing. The shrimp tostada is a great appetizer. The chicken skewers were Japanese style and scrumptious. Great house cocktails too, all around great find! I WILL be back!
The food was incredibly high quality and delicious, we got chicken skewers and the lamb chops. Service was great as well, they were very kind to us. This place exceeded all of our expectations after a long day of exploring the Glacier National Park and deserves a 5-star rating.
We had an incredible experience at Josephine’s Speakeasy! Our waitress, Grace, was unbelievable—so friendly, knowledgeable, and truly made our trip to Glacier even more memorable.
The first night, we arrived late and ordered just three items to share, and they were so delicious that we came back the very next night to try everything else we missed the first time.
The story behind the name and the menu is even more fascinating. It’s a must read if you visit.
Grace is an absolute gem and the heart of this place. We’d go back in a heartbeat for both her amazing service and the fantastic food. Highly recommend!
We had an incredible dinner tonight. Our server was incredibly kind, even though we arrived near closing time. They made an exception for us.
We started with the pita bread with hummus, which was super good. The risotto was also delicious, but the ribeye steak (which actually they replaced for a New York instead) and this is when I was speechless, perfectly cooked, and the potatoes and dressing that came with it were just perfect. It was the star of the show. Unfortunately, we were so late that they were out of some other delicious dishes..
This restaurant is definitely a great place to have dinner. I will definitely be back again during my next visit to town.
Found Josephine’s on Google Maps leaving West Glacier. We were tired and hungry after a day at GNP. Wonderful atmosphere, super friendly service from all (especially Grace!), and food was delicious. Not sure why anyone would rate this anything but 5 stars. If you’re anywhere near Glacier National Park or Kalispell, you should go!
The good: The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. The waitstaff did a great job of sitting us quickly despite having a large party and needing to move a few tables/chairs around. Service was great. The food was also really tasty.
The bad: it is family-style, not family portions. We all left hungry despite having ordered chicken thighs, shrimp, meatballs, fettuccine, roasted potatoes, bell peppers. The meatballs and the sauce were delicious but there were three 1.5” meatballs. The fettuccine would have been enough for my 10 year old daughter alone. There were 12 medium shrimp on 2 skewers and maybe 1.5 chicken thighs on the chicken skewers. I have no objection to family style or paying $25 a person for a meal but I expect family style to be family portions. An indication of how many each is intended to serve on the menu would help.
We had our best meal of our stay in the West Glacier area at Josephine’s Bar and Kitchen.
We sat outside on a coolish night. Might have stayed inside but the music was a little loud for our tastes. You hear some road noise on the patio but it seemed to fade away as the meal went on.
Service wasn’t slow, but wasn’t fast either, which kind of fit the vibe of the restaurant. Servers were attentive and made nice recommendations on drinks, menu items, portions sizes and how to navigate the menu. What you order comes out as it is ready from the kitchen so everything was at the right temperature when it hit the table. We had the smash potatoes, chicken skewers and salmon and all were excellent. Was really good combo to split between two people.
We didn’t get the cheesecake desert but it looked wonderful.
Cocktails are made with spirits from the distillery nexts door and were also excellent. Summer Fling and Josephine Mule were what we had. I accidentally knocked over my 1/2 finished Summer Fling when my arm hit the straw and they brought me a new one at no charge!
If we had come here the first night of our stay instead of our last we would have come back a time or two more.

Beautiful space and delicious clean food. The staff are amazing. They made a very nice accommodation for my dairy allergy. Would go back! We had the shrimp tostada and salmon and veggies. Ate it all up without photo.
Anything less than 5 stars is a farce. Incredible food, stellar service, and beautiful ambiance. I will go back at my next opportunity.
We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and flavorful food, prepared with the fresh ingredients. The attentive staff ensured we had everything we needed.
We found the restaurant atmosphere to be very pleasant. It had a calm and romantic feel, making it a wonderful choice for a date.

I recently had the pleasure of reserving Josephine’s for a small wedding dinner (25 people), tour, tastings, and open bar. From start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. I was immediately struck by the chic and cozy ambiance of Josephine’s—the warm lighting and tasteful decor created an inviting atmosphere perfect for our event.
The service was impeccable; food was delicious, and the drinks were spectacular. The Events Manager, Laura, along with the whole team from Glacier Distilling was attentive, professional, lively, and welcoming. Josephine’s was an amazing space for our celebration.
Josephine’s and Glacier Distilling exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or just enjoy a fantastic meal, this is a destination that should be at the top of your list. I'll definitely be returning soon!

Food was great. It’s tapas style but we all got our own plates. Everything we had was amazing. None of us were STARVING so it ended up being perfect portions. The waitress was super friendly and we had great service.
