We attended a pairing dinner, which was wonderful. I preferred some of the courses over others, but each gave the chance try something new. We certainly will come back.

The best meal to have before a long day in the park! Whenever our friends go to Glacier, we recommend their food and drinks. It’s simply Awesome!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is such a cute and stylish venue. Laura went above and beyond to make our day amazing. She put a lot of thought and detail into everything. The signature cocktails were very, very good. All night our guests kept telling us how much they loved the place. We had a small miscommunication with our caterer, but Laura was kind enough to help get it figured out. Could not have asked for a better venue to end our night after getting married in the park. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have any type of event!

Fantastic liquor from the Glacier Distilling down the hill. Go to the distillery first for a $6 tasting of any 4 spirits, then pick a cocktail at Josephine’s!Great food and service! Fun atmosphere!

We ate here twice during our week long stay in West Glacier, and would have again if they weren't closing for the season after Labor Day. What a gem! Attached to a distillery, they have lovely craft cocktails and a smallish menu of delicious dishes. The grilled bison gyro, the falafel, the amazing potatoes and salads we had were all fantastic. All with excellent service to boot. Jill was great and we loved chatting with her, and the other young woman who wore the floppy hat (don't think we caught her name) was fun and excellent as well. Mahalo from Hawaii!

Just amazing! We had drinks & food here twice in 3 days! We were counting the days until they opened on the 27th. Among the 4 of us, everything we had was wonderful. Exceptional service -- love the decor. Great outdoor area too! Just what this part of Montana needs!

Annex to Glacier Distilling. After sampling a whiskey tasting, we went right next door to get some food. Bison gyro was simply amazing! The tatziki sauce is definitely something worth remembering; so refreshingly bright. For the table we also ordered a few appetizers like the trout cakes and cheese plate. Would have loved to try their cocktails but was already buzzed from the whiskey tasting earlier. Note: they close for business at the end of the season (we happened to stop by on the last day;Labor day).

We found this restaurant using the tripadvisor app, after we had trouble finding a place to eat. It is set back off the road, and it is difficult to find. It is located uphill from the distillery. Apparently the two businesses are owned by the same individual. The menu is very limited, and I have an allergy to onion, which makes it difficult to order food. The waitress was very patient and friendly. My husband ordered a bison gyro, and since he typically doesn't like gyro's he asked for barbeque sauce. The flatbread was fresh and the meat very tender and tasty. He announced it was the best "gyro" he'd ever had and he told the waitress it should be named after him---Bill's Barbeque Bison Gyro. My daughter and I split the Emu salad--it was a special that night. The emu tasted like top sirloin. The salad was fresh and the salad dressing was tasty. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the picnic benches. It is an experience we will always remember.

Quality food, small menu, great service, Jaqueline! We had charcuterie plate, fish cakes and chicken. The craft cocktails are amazing!

Wonderful meal. The menu is limited and rotates with the season. The food and drinks were awesome. So thankful we were in the area on a day they were open!

Josephine's is an awesome place to kick-back and relax while enjoying good food and great drinks that have a unique local twist! Located next to Glacier Distilling Company, Josephine's is a two-minute walk up the hill, next to the tasting room. Their menu features various dishes made from local fare and the cocktails are mixed with Glacier Distilling's finest. After sampling some of the great spirits down at the tasting room, my wife and I decided to head up to Josephine's for dinner and drinks. The cocktail list has something for everyone, but if you like Gin, I recommend you try the Glacier 75, a classic French 75 mixed with some Huckleberry liquer. It you want something on the simpler, try the house G&T with Huckleberry Gin. As for food, the Smoked Trout Cake was excellent, served with lightly fried okra which was a nice complement. The Bison Gyro was also delicious and filled with flavor. If you're dining with someone who has food sensitivities, the staff there is happy to cater to your needs if you ask them. They sent me a gluten-free substitute for the pita bread, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I was thoroughly by my time at Josephine's. I hope to visit again sometime soon! PRO TIP: The kitchen is only open on select days. Call ahead to make sure they're serving food before you go there.

We loved everything about Josephine’s! Hands down our favorite meal while in GNP! Service was divine and I’ll be dreaming of those trout cakes until we can return!

We really enjoyed Josephine's. It's set in an older restored cabin type building. Nice cocktail program with a good selection of drinks on offer. Tried the dreamsicle and thought it tasted like it's namesake and liked it. Small food menu but interesting choices. Started with the bison chili and really liked it. Nice flavor and very hearty. Then had a bison gyro and it was also very flavorful. Very friendly and attentive service. Overall a great spot.

Great place for craft beers and speciality drinks from the nearby Glacier Distillery. Although pricey, their dinner menu was awesome. I highly recommend Josephine's Speakeasy when visiting the area.
