coffee is always good, staff are usually pretty rude. never experience this at any other location but everytime I come to visit my mom in Corvallis I dread this interaction.

We went to the 3rd St W location after cruising around the university area. The drive-through was awkward to access, but the customer service was friendly & quick and the coffee was GRRRRREAT! We would definitely stop again.

The place is nice, and so are the staff. But the reward system is a joke. It said I had a free one, and since I was low on cash, I decided to use it. I was still charged $2 bucks, even though it said it was a free drink! I recommend the Bitterroot Beanery if you want actual free coffee, when the coupon says free on it.

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews so I decided to write this one. My husband and I pretty much only get our coffee and tea from FloCo. We’ve been going here for years and have always loved it! I think people forget it’s hard to find anyone willing to work so if you’re experiencing wait times keep that in mind. Baristas don’t always get treated the best so if they’re having a bad day and the only one working, just be nice. North reserve and Florence locations always have the best service and FloCo in general is always better than Starbucks! ❤️

Was so looking forward to the real huckleberry smoothies that are advertised on big billboards in town I could not taste the huckleberry whatsoever. Same thing with my boyfriend's peanut butter frappe, no peanut butter taste

Family owned but charges $1.00 for a tablespoon of Chai!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Been going to the location in Lolo for a week, today ONLY they charged me for extra chai….for a friggn tablespoon! BACK TO STARBUCKS
