We went to the 3rd St W location after cruising around the university area. The drive-through was awkward to access, but the customer service was friendly & quick and the coffee was GRRRRREAT! We would definitely stop again.
The place is nice, and so are the staff. But the reward system is a joke. It said I had a free one, and since I was low on cash, I decided to use it. I was still charged $2 bucks, even though it said it was a free drink! I recommend the Bitterroot Beanery if you want actual free coffee, when the coupon says free on it.
I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews so I decided to write this one. My husband and I pretty much only get our coffee and tea from FloCo. We’ve been going here for years and have always loved it! I think people forget it’s hard to find anyone willing to work so if you’re experiencing wait times keep that in mind.
