“They were only taking reservations but we had driven a long way without realizing that we needed one. They were gracious and kind to serve us anyway and with a wonderful attitude! We had New York steak and breaded shrimp. It came with baked potato, salad bar and delicious cooked carrots. I can’t say enough how wonderful everything was! Best meal we’ve had in a long time. The mixed drinks were great as well, and a nice size, not tiny bar drinks. The price was very reasonable. We (husband and I) had meal, drinks and dessert for under $100.“

“Pleasant atmosphere. Great service. Good food. They were training new cooks and made good on a healthy medium rare ribeye steak (bone in), loaded baked potato, and mixed green dinner salad with tomato, cucumber, carrots, and croutons. Dessert was a rich triple threat chocolate Godiva cake and raspberry cheesecake, split between three. A decent 3 fingers neat Glenlivet accompanied along with a cherry cider as known and coveted in the orchard canyons and valleys of NM. Our server was amazing, and turned out we had much to talk about.
Parking: Many spots open, plenty of seating, even though they had two large groups in.
Kid-friendliness: This is a casual mountainland family friendly establishment with great staff and decent patrons.
