Pros: It was available, the shower was hot and there was a McDonalds in the parking lot. Cons: the hotel is not very clean at all even in the lobby. At first glance our room was dated but decent. However, the lights over the sink did not work nor did half the lamps in the room so it was very dark and I couldn't tell how clean the room actually was. The worst thing was the toilet. It would not flush! We arrived late so my husband used a trash can to fill the tank for each flush. When we checked out in the morning, we told the desk clerk about the toilet and his response was "Yeah, I heard about that yesterday. They only take a minute too fix." Are you kidding me???!!!! Then fix it! If I'd had my tools and a new flapper on me I'd have fixed it myself and saved the next patron the drama of a non functioning toilet...sheesh! Very disappointing

Terrible hotel! Stains on the towels and sheets. My wife had to put a blanket over the sheet to feel comfortable. Huge water damage hole in the bathroom ceiling. Very minimal breakfast. Old water heater tossed out the side door in the rocks next to the building. Skip this one and stay in a tent!

Low sink and toilet. Room was clean and quiet. Delightful front desk attendant. Great room if short, but husband and I are not. Have not yet had breakfast, so can’t review it. Easy to get to. Good location if heading to Glacier National Park.

Room wasn’t clean or nice. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast was minimal. Front desk wasn’t very knowledgeable. Reserved a queen and full room for 3 adults. 3-4 inches difference in width between the beds. Door handle was difficult to open. Room was partially underground. Carpet stained. Unpleasant overall.

Room was not adequately cleaned on check in, light bulbs missing from lamps and the key card did not work properly. I was told the battery in the lock needed to be changed. That did not occur during my entire 5 day stay.

Stains in the carpet. Exhaust fan not working in bathroom. Water damage in bathroom. Room not heated prior to arrival. Smells horrible. Only one ice machine and was out of service. Pay much less for the same conditions at the OYO in Shelby or pay $20 more per night for MUCH better at the Comfort in Shelby.

The motel overall is ok, but don't stay on the first floor, you can hear people walking and dropping thing on the second floor. Hard to get a good sleep. Also, breakfast option is bad, not a typical hot breakfast choices. They only have microwave corndog, burrito and stuffs. Since there is only 1 microwave in the breakfast area, you just take your food back to your room to heat it up.

Rooms were dingy, stains on the carpet and there was hair on the linens. I would not recommend this place at all. There are no other choices to stay at in Cut Bank, if there I would have chosen another place. Checking in and out was no problem. Wasn't expecting a great breakfast, it was standard stale baked goods.

We specifically booked a hotel with a pool for our kids to relax after a long day of travel. We were disappointed when we came down to the pool and it was ice cold. Not sure if they just put fresh ground water, but we couldn’t even swim. It was colder than our lake (we are not fussy). Other than that, rooms were clean but outdated. We only had two towels supplied in our bathrooms (booked a room with two Queen beds).

First and last time. The carpets were disgusting. There was dried dog feces in our hallway. You could hear everything at night. The furniture was extremely dated. Carpets in our room were very dirty. Breakfast was cold cereal and some pastry.

Toilet leaking had to lay towels on the floor to walk in bathroom and not step in water- pool closed was not told this when making reservations and guess it’s been closed for a while, guess staff are using it for a break room now cause they were smoking in pool area I thought you could smoke with 8 ft of a building , terrible breakfast frozen items placed in a refrigerator- tv didn’t work for one of the days rude staff

My dad has cancer. So we decided to take a trip to spend time with him and help him . This is why we stayed there and we had a place to stay . It was quiet , clean and maids were friendly but we would have liked to swim also and use hot tub

The hotels/motels around Glacier National Park can get quite expensive, so we tried staying here in Cut Bank as an alternative. The motel is basic but honestly we had everything we needed. Clean rooms, good service, and there is a large pool as well. The drive to the park wasn't too bad either. Wouldn't hesitate using this motel as a base camp for GNP again.
