It is the place to stop in, great service and very friendly staff.Parking: Parking is very tight, drive thru is more convenient when you're on the "dinner rush". Especially after a long day when you're trying to get the kid's feed & back home to start the process of the next day.

I was there 5 minutes ago (04/16/2024) the manager was yelling at employees who seem sad and depress. I felt bad so I handed them a $20 dls bill but the manager took it from them and said that would help cover the broken chair in the break room. Very disappointed.

Came to visit family in cutbank, ate here two days in a row, both days the manager was yelling at employees infront of costumers to the point they were very upset and crying. First day the food was good, came hot but took a while. Second day the order came cold, and incorrect, both coffees came black, (both should have had cream/sugar) the McMuffin was supposed to not have egg because of allergies, however, both of us could taste the egg that was taken off it, which resulted in someone getting sick. Rest of the order seems very sloppy and thrown together/cold and was missing added condiments. Definitely a management issue going on here, they need someone who can run the place rather than just yelling at employees who need guidance.

We ate there around 11 am today- 12/04/2024Considering everyone seemed very frazzled and upset, the food was very good, hot and served with a smile in good time. We heard yelling from the back by the supervisor/manager...(We are guessing) Which in no scenario is ever alright.To all the workers there- You know you're doing your best and it shows. I'm so sorry you have to go thru that abuse at work ?

Mcdoubles we're burnt and dry the big Mac the double quarter pounder and the single were also burnt and had a funky taste. What a waste of money. I think they say for hours under the warmer. Really upset

I don't know how to put this but like if I pay extra for something if like to get that extra something in or on my order, also I dislike literally almost every single time I go there the mix the order up or something is missing, it's jus ridiculous, when like 80 percent of the time the order is fluffed up!

The service speed has really improved over the last year. I've had a lot of orders come to me missing items in the past. Ownership has seemed to improve those issues as well as wait time on your order. Overall, it's affordable and pretty has pretty good service.

This place is awful. I ordered on the app 15 minutes before I got there and still has to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring my food out. A few days later I ordered on the app for delivery. The McDonald's app said they delivered. After an hour waiting I went to store and confronted the store manager. They basically blamed me the customer for not knowing they didn't deliver. I showed them my accepted order on the app and they found my order sitting in their system. They then blamed door dash saying it was their fault. I told them the McDonald's app says nothing about door dash and showed them my order again. The continual implication was that I the customer should know all this and that they have zero culpability. I told the manager to do his job and make a simple call and get it fixed so their app doesn't offer delivery. He said his job was to cook food. I say his job is to manage customer service. He obviously was not cooking the food. I'm not sure what he was doing, but it wasn't his job. After a month I went their again with my wife who just wanted fries. NO FRYER! So no fries. A week later, still no fries. In all my years I've never heard of a McDonald's not able to sell fries or anything fried. Isn't this the restaurant with the golden arches. Sickening how inept this one McDonald's location is. There giving all of McDonalds a bad reputation.
