Waited very long was not told much honesty would made it OK want even offered anything or told sorry really was told my times not important and there right when they never even tried hard to cook my food or tellbme how long sorry and forgot extra sauce we pay for and was waxy cold raw stuff crust was weird gross and I Gave it to my animals sucks was hungry and could have been comped or given something to eat instead I was told the he'll with you and oh well I won't ever eat there again and I don't treat none my customers like this sorry but no thanks

This is not the first time but nobody ever answers the phone IV called over a dozen times and never get an answer the service is bad and most of the time they get my order wrong. All I want is to be able to call and have someone answer the phone with some decent food at least.

I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers pizza through the app, using my rewards. The app gave me a specific time for when my pizza was ready to be picked up. The pizza was ready when they said it would be ready, was hot, and it was delicious. I highly recommend Pizza Hut of Cut Bank.

I walked into pizza hut around 7:30 pm there was a family sitting at a table I would say around 6-7 people then I seen. Another family two adults and two small kids probably grandparents and grandkids. I stood at the counter waiting to be waited on, the waitress was a young blond girl probably still in school. She looked up at me didn't say one word she continues writing on a note pad. I stood there for over ten minutes. Another gentleman came in after me and the waitress still didn't acknowledge us. Anyways I thought this was very unprofessional of the waitress. She should know customers come first. Anyways this waitress didn't.! One of the cooks finally came up to me and gave me my order, I paid and thanked her. The waitress still never looked up at us nor did she say a word! While I was walking out the family of four started leaving pizza hut. I asked the lady "are you guys leaving?" She replied "yes" I knew she was upset even though it wasn't my place to apologize I apologized to her anyways. I told her "I'm sorry, for whatever the waitress did" her husband said " yeah we sat here over a half hour" he was clearly upset too. All they got was menus when they got a seat and the waitress never offered them drinks NOTHING they had been sitting there that whole time over 30 minutes! I believe the waitress needs to know how to properly wait on customers she clearly doesn't have any customer service skills. I felt bad for that family for having to sit for over half hour not getting waited on ! I have no idea what this waitress was doing back there leaning on the counter writing ON A NOTEPAD! clearly HER CUSTOMERS Weren't THAT IMPORTANT TO HER!! PIZZA HUT NEEDS To Make BETTER CHOICES WHEN HIRING OR AT LEAST MAKE SURE THERE IS Someone ELSE THERE THAT CAN WAIT ON CUSTOMERS.THAT FAMILY Shouldn't OF HAD TO LEAVE! JUST HAD TO POST THIS BECAUSE IT Pissed ME OFF!!!!!!

Went on super bowl Sunday. The pizza was so soggy tried reheating it- didn't work it was inedible. I feel like cut Bank's pizza hut is just getting worse and worse. Done trying to eat there

Called in an order and the gal that answered talked so fast I couldn't get her name, she was very rude when placing my order then she hung up me. I then call back talk to a dan and ask to talk to Cindy he said let me check to see if she is available he then says she's not. I ask for the shift manager then he says it will be a min I sit on hold for 10 minutes and get hung up on. I call back again and get dan, I ask him I need to check to see if my order went through and he tells me yes it did. I say can I pay for it he said one minute then said I couldn't pay for it. For the love of God pizza hut go to a training and figure out customer service. As I was typing this review I get a call back from Adrian and he takes the card info.thank you Adrian. Finally get our pizza and don't even look like it was cooked, take a bit and dang they both where cold. Only thing that was some what warm was the breadsticks. Can't figure out how one night I can order more food and it comes out to 60 some and tonight order less and it comes out to 80 some...hummm done with this place for a while again and we just came back. Pizza hut needs to get it together
