Chef Michael is one of the best chefs in Western montana. His Friday and Saturday night Chef menue is amazing with portion size and flavor of all the dishes top notch. The fish specials are always fresh and the steaks are thick. Now that they have breakfast be sure and take the drive not only for a nice dinner, but skip the standard overpriced breakfast places in the Bitterroot.
If you want to ruin a good piece of meet by ordering it well done, you will be run out of town.
Stopped for lunch! Service was amazing. Quick service, very friendly offering information on their establishment and local area information! Burger was delicious. Fish and chips are so good, you can tell all their food is fresh. We can't wait to try other menu items!
I ordered a burger cooked well done and they brought me a medium rare i asked the owner for a well done burger and he brought me a medium rare burger again then told me it was fresh ground burger and it couldn't be cooked well done it only turns pink inside that it won't turn brown inside so I said no I did not want a medium rare and then he 86's/ kicks me out so I went next door and wasn't disappointed ?
