My husband and I ate at the Sapphire Restaurant for the first time tonight….What a great experience! Our waiter was Wade, he was quite knowledgeable about everything on the menus from the wines to the meals. He was attentive without being overly so. The food was amazing, the ambiance too!

Probably the best birthday dinner I’ve had. Absolutely delicious food, cooked to perfection. Best lamb I’ve had in many years. We cleared our appetizer, entree and dessert plates completely. Still thinking about that appetizer it was so delicious. Great service, very attentive and friendly. Love the exterior and interior of the restaurant, great design.
