My husband and I ate at the Sapphire Restaurant for the first time tonight….What a great experience! Our waiter was Wade, he was quite knowledgeable about everything on the menus from the wines to the meals. He was attentive without being overly so. The food was amazing, the ambiance too!

Unsure why the kitchen was unable to make an adjustment for an anaphylactic allergy. Clams swapped for seasoned vegetables, paying the original price, seemed like a reasonable request. Other than this hiccup, all food I tried was delicious! I look forward to returning to try their dinner menu! 10/10 for flavor and friendly service from the server.

Probably the best birthday dinner I’ve had. Absolutely delicious food, cooked to perfection. Best lamb I’ve had in many years. We cleared our appetizer, entree and dessert plates completely. Still thinking about that appetizer it was so delicious. Great service, very attentive and friendly. Love the exterior and interior of the restaurant, great design. Can’t wait to show this place off to friends and family, very much looking forward to our next reservation. So grateful to have such a fantastic new restaurant in the Bitterroot!

The wait staff were welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable about menu items, efficient all while being fun. The food was delicious and ample without being over whelping. The key lomme/coconut pie was the perfect ending to the meal and the coffee martini was the best I have had.

First time at Sapphire, went for a birthday meal and was not disappointed. Food was excellent, we had an appetizer, entree and dessert, all of which was delicious. Our server was very attentive and kind. Loved the atmosphere, we will be back!
