Don’t bother looking anywhere else, eat here! What amazing food!! We shared a starter of dates that were bursting with savory flavor. I had the tenderloin and my husband had the trout. It was out of this world! The truffle sauce that was drizzled over the steak was perfect. The trout had a bit of a kick that my husband really enjoyed. And the chocolate cake with the raspberries was the delicious, rich but not overly so and the fruit was fresh and a refreshing complement to the oozy chocolate. And the bartender we had (we sat at the bar) was very friendly and fun. We will definitely be back!

This is the most overpriced place in the Bitterroot Valley. My wife and I ordered Ceaser salads with fish on them, a glass of wine, and iced tea. Before the tip it was $66.00. Our friends ordered a chicken dish of some type, and while very good, it was $34! For chicken? Additionally, the salmon on my wife's salad was not completely cooked, but they did make it right and bring another piece out. To their credit, they did give us a free dessert. The best part of the meal was the dessert! However, we won't be back. Too much $ for not enough food!

Fantastic Valentines Day dinner. Fast service and fun atmosphere. We loved the food, including the goat cheese & honey bread. Trout and chicken was awesome. We recommend the lavender lemonade.

Got to spend my "pre-birthday" lunch time with great friends and had a wonderful lunch at Sapphire Restaurant. First time there, beautiful decor, welcoming staff, great server and the food top notch...my only wish is that they were closer to Victor :)

My work brings me Hamilton often and I look forward every time to eat at Safire it’s worth the 28 mile drive. I can’t say enough good things about it . You won’t be disappointed going here..
This was an absolute surprise! The food was amazing!! The service was great! Madie was our server and she was fantastic! The atmosphere is upscale rustic. Very quaint. I just can't say how excited we are to have a good restaurant locally that has fine dining food for moderate prices. We loved it so much we are coming back just a week later.

Ate at Sapphire Restaurant the other night and it turned out real good. My meal came out hot, plenty on the plate, and everything had nice flavor, not bland at all. Staff was friendly, checked on us a couple times, and the place felt clean and relaxed. I’d be happy to stop in here again for a sit-down supper.
