We had a wonderful meal here - my husband’s cousins came from Ohio and we wanted them to experience something different so after they toured the prison we decided to eat in Deer Lodge. The steaks were seasoned and cooked wonderfully, the potato wasn’t over cooked and the seafood cocktail was amazing. Definitely will go back because the prices were reasonable and the food was much better than a certain high end restaurant in Missoula. It may be a bit of a drive (2 hours) but we would happily make the trip again.

The service was top notch. Ill start there. The prime rib was decent. Im convinced the mashed potatoes were powdered. Witu a 50 dollar steak dinner, I just don't feel that is acceptable. Our spaghetti was served in a bowl and had an inch of water at the bottom so it was quite soggy. I'd still get the prime rib, skip the strange spaghetti and get veggies next time.

There is not a whole lot of of things to do in Deer Lodge. We had dinner at the Broken Arrow. We decided to gamble in the casino because we would get free drinks. We gambled for about an hour. When you factor in all of the free drinks we received, I feel like we came out ahead!!!

Came in from out of state, stopped by here after visiting the Old Montana State Prison and Automobile museum. They were short staffed, but our server was great! Food was amazing. I took photos, but not until after we had started eating lol

Don't judge a book by it's cover! The food was very good! Reasonably priced and the staff was over the top great. It's pretty old school in their menu and decor, but we were pleasantly surprised how great the food was. Probably the best place to eat dinner in town.

Had a wonderful dinner on Mother’s Day weekend! Steaks were all amazing, ribs were tasty, service was great and the chocolate cake was delicious too!

Oh,how I , a lowly OTR trucker, suffers to get the freight from shipper to reciever. Just review the pics of the Prime Rib and Creme Brulee I had to endure as opposed to the wonderful/over priced roller dogs and 3 day old sandwiches served at the big three Corp Truck stops.
Oh, the humanity. How shall I recover from dining on black Angus beef.
