I should have read the reviews first. The appetizer platter was better than the dinner. I ordered the 4b's burger. Paid over $15, the burger was a frozen patty you can buy at walmart and the mac n cheese was a generic brand boxed also found at walmart. I drive OTR and cook occasionally on a skillet i plug in an oulet. I make my own burgers using real ground meat thats better than what i had here. The staff was very friendly however.

Disappointed, the burger wasn't fresh meat, it was a frozen patty. Onion rings were excellent. Nothing special, would have been better going to McDonald's.

Wasn’t expecting gourmet, but also wasn’t expecting a strange, yellow “country gravy” the Soups were decent. But overall would not recommend the food we had. I wish these places would just learn to make a decent gravy instead of using premade garbage because I have a feeling the cooks could handle a little roux & a little love going into the food. I’ve liked 4Bs at other locations, but there was something wrong with this one.

Where do I begin?I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns and coffee. The hash browns were cold, the sandwich had little or no flavor, (thank God for ketchup) and the one and only cup of coffee I got cost over $3! Service was terrible. At one point the server came by to tell me she wouldn't be right back to top off my cup, then I couldn't get her attention again.Quite possibly the worst dining experience in a long time.I don't think I will be returning to this establishment...ever.

Being an OTR truck driver's side, we get to experience some unique places while we travel with him. This was one of them & I hope we get to go back. The atmosphere was such a "classic" restaurant feel. All the servers matched in uniform & it was just fun.Our service was excellent until it got busy. We were asked to move to another table so a larger party could be seated. We didn't have a problem doing so even though it was a strange request. The server said she would give us a discount but didn't, and then our service went downhill.I ordered the Chicken Potpie in the bread bowl. My 4 year old ate most of it and loved it. We ended up getting her one to go as well. It was delicious and highly recommended! The mozzarella sticks were delicious too but the marinara that it came with was not.

We weren't expecting an upscale experience here. We were looking for something like a Denny's while on a road trip. We were disappointed with the food and the service. The soups were watery, especially the cheese and broccoli soup. I only took two bites. Sweet potato fries were okay. The chocolate silk pie was the best part.Service was lackluster with no real attention paid to the table.

Took a long time to seat me while not all that busy, then left me sitting long after I had read the menu 3 times. Not even a glass of water or "Be with you in a minute, Hon.". Just invisible, so I left.

I've been eating at 4Bs restaurants for 35 years and have always enjoyed good food and service. Until my visit on 12/23/23. The food was good, the service not. Laura forgot my coffee which was not a big deal, it happens. We had an 8 hr. drive ahead of us so wanted to get back on the road. We stood at the cash register while Laura walked right past us to go chat with a co-worker. One of the other servers finally got her attention and when she made her way to the register I was clearly annoyed although I didn't say a word. She very sarcastically and rudely said "sorry you had to wait" to which I replied "so am I, we have a long drive ahead of us. She repeated the sarcastic comment and rudeness and as a final flourish, threw the credit card receipt across the counter. I worked in the restaurant business for 25 years and I know how to treat customers. Laura should learn how. When I told her she had walked right past us without acknowledging that we were waiting, she said she didn't see us. That is her job, to see customers and if she isn't capable of that she should find another line of work. I would change the green check mark under service if I could.
