Service was slow. Customer service was not good. The person who took my order was in a bad mood and she was the one who trains employees. They forgot our dipping sauces and my sandwich was lukewarm, limited sodas variety (no Coke Zero).

My dad got deathly sick and got cold French fries and got a dry double cheeseburger which cost $11.99 worst place to go we suggest don’t go there unless you enjoy having food poisoning i would give it 0 stars if i could

One of the worst McDonalds ever ! We should have walked out when we heard a customer complaining that she had waited for her chicken wrap for over 10 min in the drive through waiting area, and the checkout guy says oh yeah, we forgot here it is. But, alas we had already ordered.
Once our food was delivered to our table without any napkins, straws, condiments and one of our drinks and an ice cream we ordered. we asked the guy if he could get them and we were totally ignored, so I had to go ask at the checkout but was completely ignored again by same individual who proceeded to have a conversation with two local teens, just laughing and tucking it up. I gave up after a few minutes and my husband had to go and ask another lady.
As we were leaving I once again went to the counter to get my forgotten ice cream and the young lady making it literally stuck her dirty bandaged finger into the cone, we both could see the ice cream dripping off her bandage and she just looked at it and handed me the cone. I immediately asked to see the manager who did make me a new cone, and apologized but how gross 🤮. The whole place had a dirty uncared for vibe and the staff besides the manager and one young lady could care less and it showed.

Took forever for anyone to get their order, then when we did it was horrible. I know it’s McDonald’s but I at least wanted the food to be warm.

Ok. This place needs serious management organization. Any food modifications can not be understood by staff. 14 year old on register couldn't comprehend changes, food all came out wrong, sent 5 sandwiches back, somehow ended up with a quarter pounder that was given to us after we returned 5 sandwiches, but nobody ordered a quarter pounder....smh.

I needed a water cup, I went in and bought a soda and asked for a water cup and was told I'd have to buy something else before they'd give me one. If I already bought something I shouldn't have to buy another item to get a water cup. Bad policy, bad service, especially since it's a rest stop McDonald's

Absolutely filthy! Every table in the restaurant was dirty, condiments all empty. Entire staff were totally rude! Asked for a wash cloth to clean off table and manager rolled her eyes! Food was not well put together and cold! We will never eat at the McDonalds in Deer Lodge, MT, right off I-90, STAY AWAY!!!

TERRIBLE! i waited over 30 minutes for a take-out order, so i got to witness quite a bit of the environment. the manager(?) seemed to be the only one who had worked there for longer than a day. she still managed to find time to nag and argue with her employees. two of which could not stop flirting long enough to even finish a customer transaction; of which one was “off the clock” and still “helping” but really just getting in the way. i was ignored when i asked for my drink, only to finally be helped by a kid who put his face in my drink to smell what kind it was.
OH! and i watched some lady eat a fry out of a bag before handing it to the drive-thru person.
