I have no idea what the food is like. I stopped in there yesterday. There were 5 or 6 people in line in front of me. In 15 minutes the two employees working completed one sandwich. And were just starting on the next. The employee who was making the sandwiches was putting... one.... pickle... at ... a ... time... then... one... pepper.... A quick look at the line told me it was going to take about 45 minutes to get served. I did not have time to wait that long.

I dont know who putting these 1 star reviews they guys working there are next level went to thousand subway the alount of stuff they pit it the meat and the way they talk to you very nice young guys please vist and try for yourself you wont be disappointed im a truck driver just passing through the sub was insane packed with meat 5 out of 5 always keep up the good work young man

The bread was stale on all three different sandwiches I ordered. Hardly edible. The onions were large, too large, chunks- not sliced, but very large chunks. Not worth the $38 spent for 2- 12", 1- 6", and 3 small drinks.

Let me start by saying I understand there is a staffing shortage, especially in a small town. However, when only one of four employees is working, I call that poor management. The young man was polite and working hard, but had to excuse himself to use the restroom because none of the other 3 would come up front. When one of the employees finally came up front it was to work on on-line orders. There were several people in line waiting and had been for 20 minutes. When a customer asked why she wasn't helping with the line, she got upset and went to the back. While we were waiting at least 10 people came in, saw the situation, and left. When one of our group called the manager she was told she could come and make her own sandwich. I believe in second chances, but this was our third time to this Subway and I promise it was our last. To top it off, as we were leaving we saw the manager out back yelling at the one and only employee that had been working. Shame on the management for allowing such poor service and professionalism.
Every time we come in the line is 10 deep and one person working the line. Today multiple people left with no food due to the long line. The one nice guy working the counter did nothing but apologize for the long wait and say he was the only one up front. I called and spoke to the gm who was one of the few sitting in the back and her final response was would you like to come make sandwiches beings I know so much. In today’s economy can you afford such bad customer service? So what if the gm was dealing with an issue that issue can wait if you have a long line and customers leaving due to the long line. When we come in we have at least 6 ppl all getting food well we will take our business elsewhere.

3 people working, only 1 helped me and my friend, the other two took smoke breaks, the entire restaurant was dirty, a retainer was on the floor. I got served burnt bread and one lady that worked didn’t do anything but drink redbull, smoke and vape.

Very. Slow service...only 1 person to do the sandwich .takes a long time to order, and to get the sandwich made, more interested in talking with co-workers who aren't working ..from now on I will drive to Anaconda to buy my sandwich at a good Subway....

I stood at the counter for five minutes, was completely ignored, and then they took the order of someone else. When they got around to me, they got my order wrong.
So we go into subway and are about to order and we’re told they’re out of bread. How the hell does a subway run out of bread. To make things worse I ordered a cookie and it took 20 minutes for them to get it for me. Jeez.

Let me start with Dorothy being the worst employee I've seen there. Her attitude was horrible (about being there not about customers) didnt even put everything in the bread really, its more or less on the outside and she didn't cut the sandwich. She clearly needs more training. Not impressed at all.

It took forever to get our sandwiches made (4 of them) & the sandwiches were extremely messy, unfortunately. Not ideal for a quick stop on a long road trip.

Service was very slow, 20 mins in line only to find out they had no meatballs, when all I wanted was a meatball sub. Ordered a different sub, tried to use a coupon and it wouldn't work. Manager came over and tried it, still didn't work. Manager says, "It won't work, sorry", and took my coupon and walked away. Went for a $6.99 meatball sub, left with a $12.99 different sub. 30 mins, in total just to get subway.

Order through the app to be ready at 530, got her early at 520 and it still took them until 620 to get my sandwich, they served 2 customers before finishing my order calling it a "massive rush" Ps I ordered 1 footlong 1 6in
