Stopped by for breakfast - they were busy but our server was so sweet and accommodating! Tried the lemon poppyseed spiral pancake - delicious! My husband had the breakfast nachos - awesome (and a huge portion). Cool, casual atmosphere with a cowboy vibe. Give them a try!

Food is always so good here we love to stop in for lunch on our way south through Montana. I have a protein style (gluten free) burger. The best burger and fries I’ve ever had.

I have been here 6 times in 4 years, doing my best to always give my locality multiple chances and opportunities to push favor as well as boost our local economy.

We have come during the week, the weekend, lunch and dinner times.

I really want to be at the tables where everyone posts such a rave review, because I must be missing something.

The service is always lax, with our server an absentee one, every single time.

The food is subpar. Frozen vegetables as a side, still cold. Over baked roll, hard and a steak usually cooked above Medium Rare, great looking char and color, but absolutely zero seasoning.
You may be saving your money from a big time steakhouse, but you will conquer a better cook at your home or if you're visiting, a campsite.

I've tried reaching out to the restaurant prior to coming to know if they are busy or not. I have been there when it is slow, when it is busy and every time, corners are severely cut.

This Golden Triangle resident will not be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Never pass Buffalo Joe's without stopping. Best burgers in Montana and the fish and chips is exceptional. The atmosphere is so fun. Don't step on the Bear Trap!

I haven't been here in about 15yrs or so, just have to say BEST BURGER! Service was a delight. Great atmosphere & ambiance. Love the setting! Staff is AMAZING.! Food was to die for! Bailey was our waitress and she was the greatest! Super friendly, knows the menu inside & upside down! I love it here! Highly recommend! We'll be back more often!

Not a bad place for being in the middle of nowhere

Had broasted chicken it was cooked almost black dark very dry. And still served. Did don't complain at the time. But packed it to go and trashed it. 😝

Heading north from phoenix driving the back way home had the absolute pleasure of stopping at Buffalo Joes. This type of restaurant is the backbone of the USA and if these are lost then the this great nation is lost. Friendly people, incredible food and amazing atmosphere. This is an absolute must stop if you find yourself in these never ending rolling hills and sprawling mountains.

They had a band playing , loud for such a small area , the food more than made up for having to raise your voice to speak across a table for 2 .but that food was awesome . Going again soon as we make it down that way .
