This little bakery on the Yellowstone River is an absolute gem! It's a great stop on the way to Gardiner & YNP, or on your way to float the river. Legit coffee (espresso!), baked goods & breakfast options (the brisket breakfast burritos are sooo good!), and they even have fresh-baked sourdough bread loaves (and other kinds too). They are open Thursday - Monday in the summer (they close in November for winter break, & reopen in April). I just wish they could stay open for the weekends over the winter! See you next summer :))
