This little bakery on the Yellowstone River is an absolute gem! It's a great stop on the way to Gardiner & YNP, or on your way to float the river. Legit coffee (espresso!), baked goods & breakfast options (the brisket breakfast burritos are sooo good!), and they even have fresh-baked sourdough bread loaves (and other kinds too). They are open Thursday - Monday in the summer (they close in November for winter break, & reopen in April). I just wish they could stay...
Really delicious baked goods ! Fruit bar was sublime. Cream cheese danish too ! Also had a breakfast sandwich that didn’t disappoint. I’ll be there every morning while I’m here.
Going to Yellowstone or S. Montana, check out this joint. Outdoor eating is always better than indoor for some reason & the brisket here was wonderful.
