This is the cleanest place I’ve ever been to. The food is absolutely delicious! I love that they do breakfast. Such a good price.

Not really the Arctic Circle atmosphere I'm used to ( this one is in a grocery store ) nonetheless the food was great, service was as well, since this is the closest one to home, I'll be back. 🍔🥤🍟

I have never experienced decent service at this place. The staff is lazy and they move at a snails pace. They have zero customer service skills. The assistant manager especially- immature and I have no clue how he landed an assistant manager position, he shouldn’t be leading anyone. Management here needs to get their staff trained better and/or hire better people who know the value of hard work and a smile.
Food here is mediocre. It’s the only “fast food” place in the area- so they can get away with being mediocre. But for being fast food- this place is not fast at all. Also surprisingly expensive for the quality.
Ps: Who in the history of ever puts MAYO on a grilled cheese? A KIDS grilled cheese at that. Gross. Leave it at bread, cheese and butter.

Count your days Arctic Circle. Your food started out good. But every time it come by, it gets worse. Waited 15 minutes for this abomination of a burger. It was unfortunate that I was already on the road and down the highway before I opened the box to discover this sloppy cream burger concoction you made. It was so messy it was hard to eat. Very soggy. Fries are always good. The shakes are good. But come on guys!?

Went through the drive thru and not only did we have to fix two mistakes but we still didn’t end up with all our food. They forgot our drinks after we paid they handed out the shakes we had ordered which had hardly any flavor to them. Then they forgot an entire chicken tender and fry basket which we told the employee came out with only chicken tenders after we waited another ten mins so we left without our fries. The employees were just sitting around talking the entire time we were at the window. Poor ran business for being like the only fast food place in Ennis 🫠
I placed an order and then watched employees walk around doing nothing making shakes for themselves, drinking them in front of customers. There were 4 orders backed up in front all watching this take place. Also employees of the grocery store taking their own orders on computer in front of customers from the customer side, flipping the screen upside down, and placing their own orders. Front liner help was great. The back was a disaster. Incredibly disappointed with the service. Lots more training needs to be had in the back. It’s very obvious. No manager in sight. When asked I was told they left. Ridiculous. 35 min wait. 1 sandwich and a fry.

The people leaving one star reviews could not have been to this one!!! I’m shocked. It was so good!!!!!!!!!! And so cheap!!!!!!! $23 for 3 people!! Fast friendly all the above. Makes me want to come to Ennis more often!! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

The food was all stale and cold, the only redeeming part was the lime Ricky. The ice cream was hot and all melted and they got almost the entire order wrong and the burger looked like it had been punched? The service was about as bad as it can get, they were extremely unenthusiastic and the food took upwards of 15 minutes to come out. I highly recommend to NOT come of here you value your money and time.

Food is terrible and I heard the manager likes to publicly shame their employees by posting pictures of them from security footage on Facebook. Also seems to phrase their posts as if they’re pretty racist, specifically calling out their “foreign employees.” I would not patronize this establishment solely based on their treatment of their staff. Unacceptable
