We are locals to the valley but had never had a chance to try the pizza at Burnt Tree. We had two pizzas last night and they were awful. The crust was so hard you could break your teeth on it. We like crispy crust pizza, but this crust was just plain terrible. Two pizzas and two salads ended up costing us $100. The staff is super nice and helpful, but the pizza was so bad we will not be returning.
Great beer, pizza, and people!
Pizza was amazing!
Super cool place. Looks like it straight out of a Clint Eastwood movie. Beautiful interior, friendly staff, tons of beers to choose from on draft. We had some pretty good food there too, both ate lunch. I had a sandwich. It was incredible. They have a outside seating area that you can bring dogs which was very helpful. This will be one of the reasons we support them is because they are dog friendly. There was a bowl out there with water for the Dogs, a roof over the tables outside. Overall a good place to hang out in. We definitely recommend anybody stopping by Ennis to go in and try them out.
Beer and pizza is delicious! Really cool rooftop patio, as well. Definitely recommend stopping by when in Ennis.
The best gem in Ennis. The beers are fantastic, very much aligning with the quality of a large brewery with consistent brews and the best vibes. A definite must-stop in Ennis for a beer or three. We always get some beer to-go, just to enjoy the vibes. Amazing brewery. TLDR: just come have a beer, it’s so good.
Kid friendly, yet adult worthy pizzas. Plus a covered patio/ bandstand. Spruce tip beer recommended.
Great little brewery. Spoke with the brewer, who is a homebrewer gone pro. Recipes are solid and nicely rounded tap list. Loved the IPA, light body and hop focused. Loved the pizza and the upstairs deck!
We stopped for a drink and app at the Gravel Bar and discovered that it’s the same business. Thank you Scott for the hospitality and playing host (you are good). Amazing staff! The app, smokey Mac n cheese, fantastic. The beer (hubby) comes recommended. Maria Cesar from next door, wow, perfect.
We’ll be back.
Plus, employee friendly establishments ROCK!
Super friendly staff, the food is amazing! We tried a sub, pizza and breadstick's and all were a 10/10!! Highly recommend!!

We stopped for pizza and beer for our 31st Anniversary. We had been here last year before Christmas. Just as good! We had the Mediterranean Pizza, Pilsner and Amber beers. Staff were friendly. We ate later in the afternoon so it wasn't too busy. Some of the best pizza we have ever had!
I usually only review places that are exceptionally good or bad...and this place is definitely exceptionally GREAT!! Can't believe I've never made the 90 minute drive but I definitely will be more often!!
Excellent pizza, and it's so nice to sit outside in the beer garden on a summer evening with the pup and a child drink.
Logan is a total sweetheart! I felt great as a visitor being here. Delicious beer, amazing pizza, and really incredible vibes. Reading the previous review was annoying because you should never rate the place on the way you look when you walk in. All around incredible place. Definitely stop here!
Unfortunately not a great experience for a non-local. My husband and I were traveling through Ennis after a long day at Yellowstone and it was getting late. This was one of the only places open, so we stopped. From the moment we walked in, the bartender and three other guests began to make comments about us - including how we were dressed? It is a small place so it was extremely noticeable by us and the other guests. Very uncomfortable situation…and unnecessary, as we only wanted to bite to eat. This place does not appear welcoming to travelers / guests. There are also other reviews experiencing the same thing as a non-local.
