Beamers has some of the best sandwiches in town. They are hearty sandwiches which do not skimp on ingredients. I have had a few of the sandwiches and have not had a bad one. They offer sandwiches on their regular menu and offer a daily special which can be found on their Facebook page along with a soup special during the colder months. I had the huckeberry ice cream burger and honestly, just thinking about it now is making my mouth water and I want to cry because im so far away from Montana. This is the best burger ive EVER had. Seriously. Someone please tell me where I can find this in Vancouver.
My husband and I ordered carry out from here several times during our stay in Eureka. The fried shrimp and coconut shrimp were some of the best we have ever had. The cheeseburger with the sausage and shrimp was super tasty. They have a long list of sauces that I’m pretty sure are made in-house. The aioli, honey mustard, and dewy sauce are some of our favorites. Lastly try the huckleberry fry bread it was a delicious treat!
