Best Vietnamese food I've had in the US!Could not have been more surprised than I was. We walked in at random since it was one of the only places open on a snowy Sunday afternoon. Flavors were absolutely amazing, and the ingredients make you feel like you're in Vietnam. We chatted with Chef for several minutes, too, and there's no doubting her dedication to this menu.

Our go to restaurant! Flavor road has exceptional food at a very reasonable price. Chef Diane is always welcoming and kind and her food is amazing. Flavor road has options for my meat loving husband, picky eating little kiddos and vegan mother with everything in between. It is lovely to sit inside and enjoy the welcoming dining room but also great to stop by for quick take out at the to-go window. Thank you for all the phenomenal food!

Driving through Eureka on the way to B.C. and just needed to get a quick lunch. Luckily we found Flavor Road. Not only was their banh mi the best banh mi I've ever had, it was the best sandwich of any kind I ate all year. I saved half of mine for lunch the next day, and somehow the bread was still crispy and it still tasted fresh. My husband and I still talk about this place, two months later. The interior is a little bit worn and odd, but the food more than makes up for it.

This place is a hidden gem. Absolutely incredible flavor profile all across the board, both of our bahn mi were AMAZING. But the lemongrass beef was probably our favorite. Pho was spot on! This place punches far above it’s weight class. We will be back for sure.

We went here twice, once for lunch, once for dinner and enjoyed our meals both times. The vegetable pho was good, but improved by adding some of the fish sauce that was at the table. The shrimp spring rolls were very good and the chicken curry banh mi was FANTASTIC! My daughter had a lot of fun with the peg board games while we waited for our food. We'll definitely be back!!

I wish we took some pictures but the food was so good we ate it really fast! The beef pho was excellent, many flavor layers and incredible freshness. The banh mi roast beef was also well prepared, the beef was on point, the bread rolls baked onsite were fresh and crunchy, the veggies in it were delicious. The fresh shrimp rolls were authentic and it brought back memories of Asia with the quality of the product served. The mango sticky rice was very tasty and the portion was very generous. Highly recommend this addition to the Eureka food scene!

The food is fresh and amazing, with a little bit of something for both of us! We had the Shrimp Spring Roll with the incredible peanut sauce. Bunny chose the veggies, sprouts, and rice paper wrap, I ate everything else. Flavor Road, Bunny Approved!!! ?❤️
