Wanted to eat here after reading all of the reviews. We had a hard time finding the place. I wish I hadn't bothered. The "Lunch Specials" turned out to be nothing more than burgers or sandwiches with soup or fries. My wife had fries. The fries were crinkle cut from costco or such. I had the soup. Supposed to be "out of this world". Not so much. It was a tiny thimble size "cup" of luke-warm chicken noodle soup with very soggy noodles. I make better at home. I hear that the food is really bad because of new owners. If so they need to change in a hurry. Have a hard time finding Von's? Consider yourself lucky. Make the drive to Kalispell and get some real food

The best chicken fried steak ever. Be sure to call early to reserve yours as they sell out quick. Its only served the first friday of every month.Makes 2 meals for me. All the food is wonderful. And the staff is amazing. You won't regret your visit.
