Just went through.. I asked for an americano with PACKED ice and I got maybe 5 ice cubes in it?? Just a tip - when someone asked for packed ice you only fill the liquid to less than half of the cup and the rest ice. This is a really hard concept to grasp for Florence Coffee Co

Jordan mix is the best but, please hire a manager that actually helps people!!! Before emma left her and jordan had line moving quick!!! Now jordan tries her hardest but the poor lady has no back up!!! If Jordan moves on i will be finding a new coffee shop cause beside jordan 1 other person is amazing!!! So tired of rude people!!! And i stop by daily

I've only been here once so far it was an okay experience. They got one of our drinks wrong but then they fixed it, yhe other drink that they got right wasn't very good. We're not super excited to go again.
