I have worked here in the kitchen for 6 years. We have had our ups and downs but no matter what the kitchen tries to do their best. The bartender and servers have their ups and downs but they give their best and most of all the owner has also see his ups and downs and is keeping the Hut alive.
What do I recommend about the Hut
The fight and spirit we all have to keep it alive. The food is good the drinks are good the service is good. So come and have a good time and know we couldn’t do it without the customers.

I have been going here for years but stopped a couple years ago due to poor service and food. The last few months have went 3-4 times and wow what a change. Great food and employees who are fun and on it! Great to see the change we love to support locals.

We are always treated like royalty by server Bettina at the Hut. She is sometimes the only server on the floor but no matter how busy, she manages it all with amazing efficiency, good humor and grace. She makes sure her customers are happy, and is the main reason we go there- for her and the fun atmosphere. Bettina’s the best!

The service was very slow. Should be better staffed on a busy Saturday night. Other then that, charming local spot in Florence.
