It was only 3 star rating because I don't drink alcohol, but I threw the fourth star for there casino. The only two times I won playing Keno was at Jimtown.. Luckiest casino in hundred miles. . 1500 first time 700 last week. Nice jukebox and they play there music loud, which I love.
Parking: This is a Indian bar, Northern Cheyenne to be exact..also known as the fighting Cheyenne. Northern Cheyennes are the coolest , best looking natives ever. But if you don't treat us respectfully you will have trouble. We are also the fairest most level headed . Let's be honest when have you ever seen anyone there best person on alcohol?

The motel is convenient to all in Forsyth. The staff professional, friendly and helpful. We were there during a large event in the area and the Sundowner well supported the full house of travelers. Recommended if you're traveling through.

Joe and Carolyn Wilson have a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Rooms are clean, quiet, and cozy, and very comfortable for a good-night’s rest. Easily located in mid-town, away from the highway, the location is secure and the parking lot is well-lit. You won’t find a better place to stay in town, or surrounding area. Well worth the price.

We have stayed here about a year ago and had a great experience. This time we weren’t very impressed. The beds were VERY uncomfortable and they didn’t even have fitted sheets on the bed. The pillows were hard and lumpy and the A/C kept shutting off in the middle of the night. However, the rooms were clean and the staff is friendly.

Everything at the Sundowner was perfect for me!! I enjoyed my stay. The bed is nice, pillows are good, the room was very clean. The staff at the front desk was great! I will stay here again. They do offer a small breakfast.
Rooms are spotless and the heating system is the quietest I've ever experienced. A simple quick breakfast, with OJ and coffee and I'm on the road to my next stop. The only decent restaurant is " fine dining". The friendly hosts are happy to direct you to where it is.

This is our second stay at this motel and 3rd stop in Forsyth, MT. We love it. Very well maintained exterior, pleasing to the eye! Excellent recommendations for local places to eat and things to do. Relaxing atmosphere. Nice patio to enjoy the weather on.
