This WAS my husband and I go to spot for YEARS after we moved from Missoula to Huson. But after yesterday I will not return. A group of us sat down at a table and we waited for almost 10 minutes. The bartender didn’t come over so we assumed he was busy. My husband, and one of our group members went over to order some drinks and when my husband approached the bar, he was watching a video on a phone with another customer. My husband approached the bar and asked if we could get a drink order in, he looked at my husband and our friend and told him you can wait very rudely. Went back to watch video /talking with customer. So we picked up our things and we left.

The Alcan is a great spot! It keeps us coming back. And you’ll always be able to make some friends while you’re there. Good pool table and clean bathrooms. My favorite is to go for breakfast with a Bloody Mary!

Came in with 10 to 12 people on my way out of town. Staff went above and beyond to serve us even with a waitress on day one. Love the service and food was delicious and so reasonably priced!

Not many places are open for lunch on a Sunday on this stretch of highway 90, but the Alcan Bar & Grill was right there when we stopped for gas. The outdoor deck where we sat is clean and dog friendly, the service was excellent and we enjoyed our food. The inside is definitely a bar atmosphere, but the sign outside says "family friendly". The only negative is that there is a strong odor of cigarette ashes whenever the outside trash can is opened.

The best chips and salsa in Montana bar none! The bartender was friendly and attentive to our every need. I wished I had asked their name. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful view eating chips and as enjoying exquisitely made cocktails. Looking forward to perusing the rest of the the menu one day! 10 stars
