Stopped in for lunch for the first time. This place is very nice and clean, topped off with a very cool copper top bar. The staff is friendly and attentive. When you decide to eat here Be Hungry! The portions are huge. I brought 3/4 of my sandwich home with me after the fresh and delicious side salad.

Friendly, welcoming staff with a great menu and delicious food. Always a great special to mix things up. The new tomahawk is fantastic and I can't say enough about it. Prices are fair and you can tell the cook enjoys what they are doing. Hope it keeps going just like this.

We showed up at the beginning of what seemed like a dinner rush (there was one table in before us). We ordered an appetizer and 3 entrees. During the 45 minutes it took for us to recieve any food, the rest of the bar side filled and incoming people were taking tables in the previously empty dinning room. The waitress/bartender claimed she had misunderstood our order (although we got the impression she may have been covering for an incompetent kitchen employee) when she brought 2 entrees and our appetizer out at the same time.. to be fair, 2 of us had identical orders, so it could be possible that she thought we were just ordering 1 to share.. that was not the case. She quickly ran back to get the kitchen working on the missing entree. We had ordered their poutine as the appetizer, and the fries, yes french fries, were borderline raw. The dish was quite salty as well. All of our entrees included gravy (1 brown and both of the others, including the missing entree, with white). All of these gravies seemed to be seasoned with lemon pepper maybe?? Whatever it was gave literally everything a soured taste. All 3 entrees had mashed potatoes as sides, and while not cold.. they could certainly not be considered hot either. The off-putting flavors and general presentation (we were given one large platter of a plate for the 3 of us to share the appetizer and we set it aside as it had a pile of flour on it) left all of us feeling ill. None of the appetizer or entrees were finished by the time we left. We will never go back, and whomever was pretending to be a cook in the back has no business in a kitchen!

Best bar and restaurant in carbon county, amazing food and drinks. Local beef, GIANT prawns honestly there like mini lobster tails. And the drinks are always on point they have a very wide variety of liquor. Taco Tuesday is definitely a must try!

Tonight’s special at the Tomahawk restaurant is a mix and match of street tacos! Choices of beef, chicken and fish! We don’t eat tortillas and they were very accommodating to our dietary needs! The homemade salsas really added extra flavor to everything! They ranged from mild to super hot. I was surprised to have more options than burgers and fries here in town! Thank you for making us dinner tonight!
