Michelangelo’s Italian Cuisine in Big Sky is truly a gem! The bison ravioli and tortufa truffle pasta were absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I also highly recommend the wagyu beef carpaccio, which was incredibly tender, and the calamari, which was perfectly crispy and fresh. Our family's final vacation meal while in Big Sky was at Michaelangelo's, and wow was it a grand finale indeed! Special thanks to our server Ariel for being impeccably attentive, kind, and professional, all while navigating our large party of ten, including four children. The food was scrumptious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Thank you for such a special evening!
