We enjoyed an excellent meal in a quiet cozy dining area. The menu selections were interesting and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal selection. We will definitely be returning!
We had a wonderful dinner. Elk chop, duck and bison short ribs were fantastic. French onion soup hit the spot on a cold night. Excellent service. This was a birthday dinner and we will have more celebrations at Wild Caddis to come.

The meal I just had tonight was one of the best I can remember. Small but mighty and smoky corn chowder and the Huckleberry brined chicken. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better cooked piece of chicken. The whole, stewed huckleberries were an amazing taste pairing. Barley risotto was also fantastic.
