The food was good, but it was cold from sitting on the counter and not being served for an extended period of time (almost an hour...). Waitress was very nice but walked past us multiple times without asking how we were doing or giving us updates on the food status. There was two tables that got their food and was gone by the time we got ours.

For $20 bucks a person including tip I got a lot of food and good service. I got the Denver omelet with hash browns and a pancake instead of bread plus my coffee. Good diner food served quickly.

Fast, friendly service, fair prices for good food. Best chicken fried steak I've had in a LONG time. It had a different name when I used to eat here with my Grandpa 40 years ago, but it's still great and I'm happy it is still around.

Locals' restaurant within truckstop. My burger was fine and my husband's French Dip was tasty. Nice food. Then I witnessed the staff graciously giving food to a hungry, homeless man. Very nice staff.

Walk in and find yourself a place to sit. It's a hometown Cafe, not a fine dining establishment. I happened to be coming through on a cross-country trip and thought the ham&cheese omelet with American fries was wonderful. Waitstaff were all nice. Then you walk up to the register and pay. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about?♂️
