Penny's Diner Reviews
Cook can’t seem to get the orders cooked in a timely manner. Had to look at menu online, should have been able to coordinate our orders so they both came at the same time but did not. Smells like alcohol.
Had breakfast here this morning. It took forever to get our food, there was 3 of us and food didn't even come out together. I ordered the sunrise skillet topped with gravy. Penny's Diner is a welcoming eatery with a nostalgic 1950s diner atmosphere. The staff is friendly and courteous, ensuring prompt service and attention to detail. Breakfast is served all day, and the menu offers consistently excellent food, including favorites like the Western Burger and kid-friendly options. Orders are usually correct, hot, and well-packaged for take-out. Customers enjoy the fun atmosphere, describing it as a highlight during their visits. One dedicated staff member manages many roles, providing professional and friendly service. The food quality is generally good, with crispy bacon, perfectly toasted and buttery toast, and eggs cooked to order. However, some meals may be small for the price, such as the classic breakfast with barely any hash browns. The restaurant is a great spot for a satisfying meal, making it a go-to choice for travelers and families alike. Service is quick and friendly, and prices are very affordable, making it a popular stop for a quick lunch or breakfast. While some dishes like the Denver omelette may have too much ham or burnt veggies, overall, Penny’s Diner remains a fun and reliable place to enjoy a meal.
