On March 4th, 2024 I called Pizza Hut in Glendive, Montana to change my order after ordering online to cancel a sandwich and Cajun fries. I wanted just the 12 piece traditonal naked chicken wings and got charged $43.05 when the wings were $21.49. I want my $21.56 back on my debit card I used!

The online experience is lacking so much that I almost didn't order. The website, no matter where you are crashes several times. It took me almost an hour to order because half the buttons don't work. Get it together pizza hut or you'll lose business. I'm ordering delivery because I didn't want to go out. Maybe next time I will call and do carry out since the 5 dollar fee doesn't go to the driver anyways. It's sad. I will never order off my phone again as it is the least use friendly experience I've ever had.Edit:No one out pizzas the hut? I ordered a five topping pizza online as one of their "deals". Seems they skimp the toppings on deals. Especially the expensive ones

Well I ordered delivery buffalo chicken and 6 Buffalo mild wings and ranch however when I asked for the ranch was told it is in the box I paid extra for the ranch that I didn't receive pizza is good and the wings are good just unfortunately no dipping

Restaurant was clean and pizza was good. Service was a little lacking but looked short staffed.
I don't do reviews on chain businesses normally but this one is really challenging to find in the dark. It's in an old shopping center, where at least 2 businesses appear to be closed down permanently. The Pizza Hut is in a dark corner of the shopping center. The big sign at the street is great but the one on the building is not ideal for a commercial setting. They have great staff, fast, fresh, crispy crust pizza with gooey cheese... It's a go to menu item.

Was very disappointed in pizza hut of glendive, MT. For such a tiny town I don't understand why it took an hour and half to make and deliver a pizza and wings. The food arrived cold and lack luster. We were already beat from a days long drive we just nuked it and choked it down. Wish I would have saved my $38 and just got a box of hot pockets instead, I would have gotten my moneys worth at least.
