I usually love subway, but this one in particular has been going downhill terribly in the past 2 years. Ordered in advance through the app for 2 subs, an Italian sub for my husband and a roast beef for me. When we got home and opened them the toppings and sauces were wrong and put on each others subs, I requested normal amounts of all veggies and got maybe 5 black olives and about half their container of onions. It was simply pathetic, and I had been craving subway for a couple months so disappointed and mad is an understatement. I contacted the restaurant for a replacement or refund, but all I got was “sorry, this information has been passed on to the staff and we’ll do better next time”. Times are tough and money is tight so when I drop $18 on subs to treat us, I expect more than something my toddler has to have appeared to put together

I’m pretty big fan of Subway, but not the one in Glendive Montana; bread was dry and hard and crusted. Very disappointing to pay $10 for a sandwich and not have quality bread!
Typically, I've found the staff to be friendly, but on my most recent visit, While my son and I were placing our order, the male employee used a racial slur. I felt deeply disrespected, especially since my child was present. Later, my son asked me why people use such language, which further solidified my feeling of not being welcome. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Just came in today, I'm working in construction and the two employees who helped me today, a short blond hair girl and a tall brown hair boy were both helpful, the veggies looked really tasty. I was able to order, ring, and eat all in a reasonable time.
This blond kid was extremely disrespectful ?

My family and I came in today with 8 sandwiches, we were expecting to spend 30 minutes there but they were so quick and finished in less then 5 minutes start to finish. The girl who was starting, we didn't catch her name but her name tag said Squid, she was super fast and helped us with no complaints, she was very interactive with my two kids and the other workers were helpful too! Thanks Glendive for a fun time!

I came in 15 min before close (i honestly feel terrible for coming in so late but thats just me lol) and was greeted wonderfully. Each employee welcomed me with a smile on their face. I got a 6inch chicken bacon ranch and unfortunately there is no picture to share because that was thee best subway sandwich I have had in my entire life and it was gone in like 2 min.

Upon ordering I requested the bread I wanted but I could not hear the lady talking to me to ask what type of sandwich I wanted she was basically whispering and looking down then I get the toppings and sauces I want with no issues till they get ready to wrap my sandwich up and my cheese is barely even on the sandwich and very clearly gonna fall off but the worker didn't care enough to fix and avoid this, so inevitably the cheese falls to the floor and I say "my cheese just fell off" to which I am just ignored and he proceeds to wrap my sandwich up now with 2 slices of cheese less in which I am paying for and I find this unacceptable. This happened on 4-27-24 at 2:52 p.m. please check you cameras and you will see this whole interaction.

Giving two stars due to multiple experiences. Drive thru is seriously lacking. Two times I waited 10 minutes before payment was taken and food was cold as they took payment after food was ready. Other things wrong is the drive thru obviously doesn't know what extra and less means. Over abundance of veggies when asked for less and no sauces when asked for more resulting in a very dry unpleasant meal. This town has so few options. Please do better as this place is usually my go to in a pinch.
