I mean, better than a gas station sandwich ig. Just be sure to go inside and watch them make your sub. If it's not their dumb drive- thru screen , then it's the staff getting the order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Without fail. Worst subway around

Very good subway. Food was fine, restaurant was fairly good staff looked stressed. Not very friendly. Got the food put together and out quickly with zero smiles or greetings or thank you for coming.

They forget cookies a lot they also forget straws and they don’t even put the write toppings on when I go through the drive through so just go inside

I've consistently have been given bad sandwiches here for the last three years, I think this will be the last time I give them my buisness. No care from the staff in their work, no care of quality control from the management. I'm done.

First time in this area Subway, Middle-aged/older female worker. Couldn't tell where/who they're talking to, making customers feel as if they're inconveniencing her

Irrelevant comments and was not able to get all of requested extra items on sandwich.

Interior slight mess, with tile work being done. Bare minimum done to block off area, so anyone could walk right into it and kick things around

This is one of the worst subways in my area. The owner in the past always took care of the place and not sure if she still owns it or does not care. Seems every time my sandwich(s) are poorly made. They need to send the workers 30 miles down the road to Beach, maybe they can offer some training as I’ve had really good luck there.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak via DoorDash…there’s barely anything on it. Person at store said I could bring it in and they will load it up,recooking my bread and everything. I told her I couldn’t come in for hours and she still wanted me to bring back the same sandwich. She even said I could save it and bring it back tomorrow…I’ve ordered here many times and ordering through DoorDash they seem not to care to make anything right.

I usually love subway, but this one in particular has been going downhill terribly in the past 2 years. Ordered in advance through the app for 2 subs, an Italian sub for my husband and a roast beef for me. When we got home and opened them the toppings and sauces were wrong and put on each others subs, I requested normal amounts of all veggies and got maybe 5 black olives and about half their container of onions. It was simply pathetic, and I had been craving subway for a couple months so disappointed and mad is an understatement. I contacted the restaurant for a replacement or refund, but all I got was “sorry, this information has been passed on to the staff and we’ll do better next time”. Times are tough and money is tight so when I drop $18 on subs to treat us, I expect more than something my toddler has to have appeared to put together

I’m pretty big fan of Subway, but not the one in Glendive Montana; bread was dry and hard and crusted. Very disappointing to pay $10 for a sandwich and not have quality bread!

Typically, I've found the staff to be friendly, but on my most recent visit, While my son and I were placing our order, the male employee used a racial slur. I felt deeply disrespected, especially since my child was present. Later, my son asked me why people use such language, which further solidified my feeling of not being welcome. As a result, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
