They Got my food wrong so I went inside. Waited 10m and no one came to the front at all. Had to wait another 20min in the drive through line. Totally unacceptable.The member(male working the drive through was very nice but that dosn't change the overall problem)Calling customer service HQ and filing a formal complaint for the incompetent crew here

They messed up our order and forgot to give us the deep fried cheese curds. They don’t do the cheese curds in Canada, so it was the thing we were most excited about it and we were already back on the I-15 on our road trip before we noticed. Don’t leave the window before you check your order here.

We ordered 3 root beer floats and each had about 3 tablespoons of ice cream. It would be nice to actually have some ice cream in our root beer floats. It was a far cry from the image in the posters. We ended up buying extra ice cream for our floats.

We were visiting from California. My wife likes hamburgers and wanted to stop here on our last day in Great Falls. I remember growing up in San Diego and loving the A&W burgers w/ their "special sauce", which I think was 1000 island dressing. This burger was mustard and ketchup, ordinary. The cashier was a nice enough guy, and my wife a a had a root beer float and I had their root beer, supposedly made there at the store each day.. I don't see A&Ws in California, and this one was a disappointment. It is not that expensive, but I prefer Roadhouse, Cattleman's Cut, or Tracy's for a good burger.

Service sucks here, waited to order at the register for over 5 minutes with employees refusing to even acknowledge your existence even though they keep walking by the counter. Don't waste your time here

My daughter and I were running some errands and a root beer and a burger sounded so good. We went inside to order and the place was disgusting! I went into the bathroom to wash my hands- the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We did not order any food. If that is how they take care of that place, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like and the overall cleanliness of the staff! We left and went to Jersey Mikes instead. I will not go back to A&W!

Most of the time they are out of something. Tonight they were out of fries. The cashiers are rude. The lobby is always messy and out of supplies. Oh and the lobby closes at 7pm, just so everyone knows. If I could give less than one star I would.
This Franchise’s owner and district managers should feel ashamed of the way there employees treated that poor woman in the drive thru by throwing a cup at her face. Regardless of the situation as an employee you never go to that much of an extreme with a customer. Absolutely despicable and embarrassing.

The manager here blamed our car in the drive through for littering and threw a cup (that wasn’t ours) at our drivers face. Was racially motivated and I encourage people of color to not go here!!!
