The coffee experience is simply not up to par with surrounding coffee houses. The coffee was not particularly good tasting, and Al Banco doesn't offer very many varieties. Also, I had to wait six minutes for a simple 16 oz. Black coffee to be delivered.

Absolutely horrible bitter coffee asked for sugar and was told I was not allowed to add sugar to my coffee I paid for because they blend it to thier liking not mine i offered to buy sugar and was told no soooo don’t patronize this place unless u want rude service no sugar for coffee n bitter coffee …. Absolutely horrendous experience
