I had a door dash order, now it's prom night so I understand completely but my dasher waited for an hour to get my food. And then when I got my food there was all the food but for the 3.00 extra I paid for grilled onions and mushrooms there was like 5 mushrooms and 2 Sliced of small onions. I had been in the restaurant 2 weeks ago and got something 100% different but ordered the same thing. The food just wasn't good except for the .added potatoes. Bummer.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Our server was amazing, wonderful smile. My husband's steak was a bad cut, grisly and tough. My chicken was a bit salty, and the broccoli could be cooked a little longer since they were kinda hard. Our fruit smoothies were amazing, and the cinnabons were good.
Why offer carside to go if you can't fulfill the order. I've called 3 times and they keep stating they are really busy. I wouldn't have tipped if I would've known I'd have to go in and get it myself.

Great food excellent service!!, but wow turn your furnace up we literally had to keep our winter jackets and stocking caps on it was so cold and to look around and everyone else had their jackets and caps on as well this isn't right, provide a more comfortable atmosphere and it would be five star across the

I'm really disappointed in this Applebees. We thought all Applebees were the same. This one let us down considerably. The waiter was slow and paid more attention to others than us. Is it because we're elderly? Needless to say, we were not impressed with this Applebees.
