We will never go here again. The place was dead inside even at supper time. But that’s not important.We wanted to try the new Kings Hawaiian brown sugar bacon sandwich. There were at least 5 people working behind the counter and a couple minutes after we ordered, they said it was going to take 15 minutes to make the bacon! Very weird since they probably only microwave it. But we said ok.We sat down for about 25 minutes and nothing. I went up and no one paid attention to me until about 5-10 minutes later and said it was being made now. In that time I heard one of the employees say they forgot to put the bacon on (to cook, I guess).When I finally got the sandwiches (25 minutes late), the sandwiches were cold; not even lukewarm. I didn’t even bother complaining because it took almost half an hour already. After waiting so long, you’d figure it was going to be nice and fresh but it wasn’t.I guess there’s a reason no one else ate there while we were there.Don’t go here. Just don’t.

I love when Arby's has their fish sandwiches but this time was the worst I've ever had .if it was my first time it would be my last time. it's supposed to be crispy and golden brown my fish was instead yellow and Soggy and then too much mayonnaise was added it turned into a slimy mess. You guys can do better no rush there was nobody in line. 11:30 a.m. Monday.

I have never been in an Arbys with such poor customer service. The evening manager was the most rude woman I have ever delt with in an Arby's, The store is not as clean as it used to be. It is almost compairable to Burger King. Very disappointed in staff and management of this location.

Fries were cold, they were out of the soda we wanted, sandwich was a mess, and the cashier was not rude but was far from nice.
Love the beef and cheddar, the chicken sandwiches, the poppers and the crinkle fries, also gotta love the Arby's sauce, and their sweet tea.

Found this location while on vacation. The service was good and we got our food quickly. There is a great parking spot on the street where we could fit our 5th wheel camper, and it's shaded by the large trees.Parking: Excellent street parking.

I had a coupon for a shake, but the machine was broken. To my surprise, when I ordered a beverage, they comped it for me because I was so disappointed about the shake.
